About Us
Solution Heating & Cooling Inc is a small, locally owned company specializing in the service, repair, and installation of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. Founded in 2007, the company is co-owned by Nathan Redlich and Joe Chaplin who, combined, have over 30 years of experience in the industry. Solution Heating & Cooling Inc is focused on providing honest, knowledgeable, affordable, and dependable service for customers in northwest Wisconsin.
Meet the Owners
Nathan Redlich is a 1998 graduate of Barron High School in Barron, WI. After high school he attended Dunwoody College of Technology in Minneapolis, MN, where he received an Associate's degree in heating and air conditioning. He subsequently moved back to Barron County and accepted a job with a local HVAC-R business. In 2007, after seven years of experience in residential and commercial engineering, design, installation, maintenance and service, he opted to start his own business: Solution Heating & Cooling, out of his garage in Chetek, WI.
Joe Chaplin is also a graduate of Barron High School. In 2002, he earned his degree from the Chippewa Valley Technical College and spent five years in the field and a year in wholesale technical support and design for a local supplier before joining Nate as a co-owner of the company.
